1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the acejl website (acejl.cam) and related mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines. By using acejl, you confirm that online gambling is legal in your location and that you are not violating any local, provincial, or national laws. acejl employs geolocation technology to verify that users are within Philippine territory. Attempts to circumvent geolocation restrictions (such as using VPNs or proxy servers) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Creation

To use acejl's gaming services, you must create a personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, email address, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and residential address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify acejl immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. acejl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) acejl account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If acejl detects that you have opened or are operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended or terminated, and any winnings or bonuses will be forfeited. This restriction applies across all devices, payment methods, and IP addresses. Players attempting to exploit bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts will face permanent bans from acejl.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

acejl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), online banking (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks), 7-Eleven cash-in services, and cryptocurrency (USDT via TRC-20 network). All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. acejl reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to deposit funds, including but not limited to bank statements, screenshots of e-wallet accounts, or selfies holding identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in deposit confiscation and account closure.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. GCash and Maya deposits are typically limited to ₱50,000 per transaction. Bank transfers may accommodate higher amounts. acejl does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider (GCash, Maya, or your bank) may impose their own transaction fees.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on acejl are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). If you deposit funds using cryptocurrency (USDT), the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Exchange rates are provided by third-party market data providers and are subject to fluctuation. acejl is not responsible for losses incurred due to currency conversion rate changes.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Process

To withdraw funds from your acejl account, navigate to the "Cashier" section and select "Withdraw." You must have completed account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before your first withdrawal. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months). Verification typically takes 2–4 hours during business hours.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Times

The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500). Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account status and payment method. Standard accounts have a maximum withdrawal of ₱100,000 per transaction and ₱500,000 per month. VIP accounts enjoy higher limits as negotiated with account managers. 5.1 Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack and roulette may contribute 10–20%, and sports betting may contribute 50–100% depending on odds.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

acejl reserves the right to cancel bonuses and confiscate winnings if bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors or game bugs, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and any other activity deemed by acejl to be inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts permanently closed and will be banned from future registration.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 Player Welfare

acejl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become a problem for some individuals. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly, set personal limits, and seek help if gambling negatively impacts their life, finances, or relationships. 6.3 Self-Exclusion

You may request a temporary account suspension for periods ranging from 7 days to 6 months, or you may request permanent account closure. 8. Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your acejl account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account. Accounts with zero balance can be closed immediately. Accounts with active bonuses or pending bets may require settlement before closure is finalized.

8.2 Involuntary Termination

acejl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, provided false information during registration, or otherwise acted in a manner harmful to acejl or other players. Upon termination, all bonuses will be forfeited, and acejl may confiscate funds if termination is due to violation of terms. 11. Limitation of Liability

acejl provides gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, acejl disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. acejl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or interruption of service. acejl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of acejl shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and acejl. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in Metro Manila. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. You agree to waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against acejl.
